Grounding — Panic Attack Relief
When panic hits, one button. Grounding guides you through 5-4-3-2-1 with a calm voice, offers breathing and crisis lines for 16 countries one tap away. No ads, no account and no tracking.

Inside the app.

When even thinking is hard
In the middle of a panic attack it's hard to focus, and many wellness apps have too many menus. There was a need for something with one clear action, respectful of the person and their privacy, and useful in the worst moment.
One thing to do: press the button
We built a native iOS app with a single “I need help” button that guides the 5-4-3-2-1 exercise with a calm voice and gentle haptics, one sense at a time. It includes guided breathing, crisis lines for 16 countries with a confirm step, a trusted contact, quick-exit (triple-tap), a PIN lock (which never blocks crisis calls) and a widget and Siri shortcut. All offline, with no ads, no account and no tracking.
In testing; coming soon to the App Store
Grounding is in testing and will arrive on the App Store for iPhone very soon. The entire crisis toolkit is free forever; Grounding Pro (optional, with RevenueCat) adds themes and more breathing paces. It is not medical advice or an emergency service: if you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
A companion for hard moments.
One “I need help” button
No menus. A big button takes you straight into grounding, with a soft voice reading each step and gentle haptics.
The 5-4-3-2-1 exercise
Five things you see, four you feel, three you hear, two you smell, one you taste. Tap each as you name it.
Optional guided breathing
Paces like 4-7-8, box and coherent, with a calm ring that never rushes you.
Crisis lines, one tap away
Help lines for 16 countries with a confirm step, and a trusted contact you can reach fast.
Native iOS, private and offline.
Built in Swift with SwiftUI, voice and audio via AVFoundation, a widget with WidgetKit and a Siri shortcut with App Intents. The optional Pro subscription uses RevenueCat; it includes no ads, no third-party analytics and no tracking SDKs.
