Cadence — Focus & Journal
A calm Pomodoro that becomes your private journal: focus with Pomodoro, Flow or a custom length and, when it ends, save a reflection. No streaks, no account and nothing ever leaves your device.

Inside the app.

Focus without being pushed
Many pomodoro apps gamify with streaks and notifications that stress more than they help. Something calm was missing — one that also helps you reflect on what you're working on, and that genuinely respects your privacy.
A timer that becomes a journal
We built a native iOS app (SwiftUI) with Pomodoro, Flow or custom sessions, one-tap distraction capture, soundscapes, a Live Activity and a widget. Every finished session becomes a journal entry with a rating, notes and tags, with neutral insights and no streaks. Everything is stored on the device: there's no server, no account and no ads.
In testing; coming soon to the App Store
Cadence is in testing and will arrive on the App Store for iPhone very soon. Almost everything is free (focus, journal, this-week insights, JSON export); Cadence Pro is a single payment that adds long-range insights, extra sounds, voice and PDF export. No subscription.
Calm focus, not a streak race.
Pomodoro, Flow or custom
Pick a Pomodoro, an open-ended Flow session or your own duration, with gentle breaks.
A private journal
Every finished session becomes an entry with a rating, notes and tags, grouped by day.
Insights without pressure
See where your focus goes this week with a neutral history, never a streak to break.
Truly private
No server, no account and no ads. Everything stays on your device; a single payment for Pro.
Native iOS, fully on-device.
Built in Swift with SwiftUI and local persistence via SwiftData, a one-time purchase with StoreKit 2, an on-screen timer with ActivityKit (Live Activity) and WidgetKit. No server, no analytics and no third-party SDKs: everything lives on the device.
