Stress and lack of focus respond very well to breathing, but most apps fill the screen with features. Something simple and elegant was needed, centered on a single technique that truly works: box breathing.

We designed a minimalist app in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose centered on box breathing: visual and audio guidance that marks each phase, with a fully adjustable pace and ambient sounds to accompany the practice.

Visual and audio cues guide you through each phase: inhale, hold, exhale and hold. All you have to do is follow the rhythm.
