ZenMote Terms of Use (EULA)

Tysora grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on any iOS device that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The license is for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The App lets you use your iPhone as a remote control for compatible TVs and players (such as Android TV, Roku, Samsung and LG) that you connect to over your local network. You are responsible for having a suitable network, devices and permissions to use the App.

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to use it to control equipment you are not authorized to use, nor to interfere with third-party networks or devices.

ZenMote Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price and period of each option are shown in the App before purchase.

The yearly plan may include a 3-day free trial; if you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription. Lifetime is a single non-consumable purchase that unlocks Pro permanently and can be restored across your devices.

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and renewal is charged to your Apple ID within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple under its policies; Tysora does not process payments or refunds.

The App, its code, design, trademarks and content are owned by Tysora or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you, only the license described above.

ZenMote is an independent product. Tysora is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, or sponsored by Google, Roku, Samsung, LG, Apple or any other manufacturer. “Android TV”, “Roku”, “Samsung”, “LG”, “Apple” and other product names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced solely to describe and identify compatibility.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Tysora does not warrant that the App is compatible with all devices, models or firmware versions, or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Compatibility with third-party devices depends on factors outside Tysora’s control (models, networks, manufacturer updates).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tysora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or use, arising from the use of or inability to use the App. The App controls third-party equipment over the local network: the behaviour of such equipment is beyond our control and is your responsibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Tysora, not with Apple, and that Tysora — not Apple — is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

Tysora, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims from you or a third party relating to the App (including product-liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement or consumer-protection law, and intellectual-property infringement claims).

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. The Apple standard End User License Agreement also applies to the subscription features: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. Your license terminates automatically if you breach any of its provisions. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. To the extent permitted by law, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your place of residence.
