VoxSplit Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the VoxSplit — Vocal Remover & Karaoke Maker app (the “App”), owned by Tysora — Leopoldo Pérez Ortiz. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, under the terms of the store you downloaded it from.
2. The service
The App uploads the audio you choose to our servers, separates it into vocals and instrumental with an AI model, and lets you mix, record karaoke and download the result. Service availability and processing times may vary and depend on your connection and our providers. Audio is deleted automatically as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Free, credits and PRO subscription
The free version is funded by advertising and includes rewarded ads that grant usage credits. The App also offers a PRO subscription (monthly or annual) that removes ads and limits. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and are managed from your store account. In the European Union we ask for advertising consent through Google's form (UMP).
4. Acceptable use and copyright
You agree to use the App lawfully and only with audio you have the rights to. You are solely responsible for respecting the copyright and other third-party rights in the songs you upload and process. You must not use the App to infringe intellectual-property rights or for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its name, design and trademarks belong to Tysora or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. While we take care with separation quality, we do not guarantee a perfect result for every song.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tysora shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for your use of the generated tracks, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the App and these Terms. We may suspend the service if you breach these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
