VoxSplit Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VoxSplit — Vocal Remover & Karaoke Maker (the “App”) handles information when you use it. The App separates the vocals and instrumental of your songs using artificial intelligence; because that process needs a lot of computing power, the audio is processed on our servers and deleted automatically, as explained below. The App requires no sign-up and does not collect your personal contact data. To keep it free, it shows ads and offers an optional PRO subscription.
1. Data controller
The controller for the App and this policy is Tysora — Leopoldo Pérez Ortiz, a self-employed professional (autónomo), based at Avenida Isaac Albéniz 12, 45638 Pepino (Toledo), Spain.
For any privacy matter you can reach us at hola@tysora.es.
2. No account, no personal data
The App works without sign-up. Your device is identified with an anonymous identifier generated by the App (not linked to your name, email or phone number) to associate your separation jobs and your subscription status.
3. Your audio files
To separate a song, the App uploads the audio file you choose to our servers, where the AI model processes it and generates the vocal and instrumental tracks.
Input audio: stored temporarily in our infrastructure only to process it and deleted automatically once the separation is complete; we do not keep it longer than needed to provide the service.
Resulting tracks: kept temporarily so you can download them (by default up to about 14 days) and then deleted automatically.
We do not listen to your audio or use it for any purpose other than providing the service, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
You can delete a specific job or all your device's data at any time from the App; you can also request it at hola@tysora.es.
4. Advertising and credits
To keep the App free, we show ads through Google AdMob, including rewarded ads that give you credits to separate more songs. AdMob may process an advertising identifier and interaction data. In the European Union we ask for consent through Google's form (UMP) and you can opt for non-personalized ads. On iPhone and iPad we ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT); if you allow it, AdMob may use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to show you personalized ads, and if not, ads will be non-personalized. PRO subscribers see no ads.
5. PRO subscription
The App offers a PRO subscription (monthly or annual) managed by the store (Google Play or App Store) through RevenueCat. Tysora does not receive or store your payment details; RevenueCat processes a random user identifier and your purchase status to activate PRO on your device.
6. Third-party services
Processing and temporary-storage infrastructure (Cloudflare R2 + GPU) to separate the audio and serve downloads; the audio is processed solely to separate it.
Google AdMob for advertising and rewarded ads; on iOS with App Tracking Transparency and IDFA subject to your consent. Policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect your consent in the EU (GDPR/CCPA).
RevenueCat to manage the PRO subscription (validated with Apple/Google). Policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
Sentry for crash reports and stability.
Usage analytics on our own servers: aggregated and anonymous data, with no third-party analytics providers.
We never sell your personal data or the content of your audio.
7. Purpose and legal basis
We process the information to (a) provide the separation and karaoke service, (b) keep the App stable and fix bugs, (c) show and measure advertising in the free version, (d) manage the PRO subscription and (e) meet legal obligations. Personalized advertising relies on your consent, which you can withdraw anytime.
8. Retention
Input audio and resulting tracks are kept only for the periods stated in section 3 and then deleted automatically. Settings are stored locally on your device. Data processed by third-party providers is retained per their policies.
9. Your rights (GDPR)
If you reside in the European Economic Area, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing, and data portability. You can delete your jobs and your device's data from the App, and change your advertising consent. To exercise your rights, email hola@tysora.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
10. U.S. privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
The App does not sell your personal information. You can limit ad tracking by resetting your advertising identifier in your device settings.
11. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Responsible use and copyright
The App is a tool to separate audio you have the right to use. You are responsible for respecting the copyright of the songs you process; do not use the App to infringe the rights of third parties.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App or the law; we'll post the current version on this page with its date. For any question, write to us at hola@tysora.es.
