How does it separate vocals from music?
You upload a song and our server processes it with the Demucs (htdemucs) AI model, which splits the track into vocals (acapella) and instrumental. As soon as it's done, you can listen to, download or mix each track.
Is my audio uploaded to a server?
Yes. Separation runs on our servers because it needs a lot of computing power. The input file is stored temporarily only to process it and deleted automatically once the separation is complete; the results are removed after the retention period (about 14 days). You can delete your data at any time.
Do I need an account?
No. The app works without sign-up: your device is identified anonymously, with no name or email required.
What does PRO include?
PRO removes ads and usage limits so you can separate as many songs as you want without watching videos. It's a monthly or annual subscription managed by the store.
Can I record a karaoke?
Yes. With karaoke mode you play the instrumental and record your voice on top; the app mixes both tracks and saves the result for you to share.
