Cadence Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, under Apple's App Store Usage Rules.

The App is free for its core features. Cadence Pro is a one-time (non-consumable) purchase, not a subscription: you pay once and it unlocks additional features forever across the Apple accounts that may share the purchase under Apple's rules. Payment is handled by the App Store; you can restore the purchase on a new device with the same Apple ID.

You agree to use the App lawfully and personally. You must not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the software except to the extent permitted by law.

The App, its content, design and trademarks belong to Tysora or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Your journal and your data are yours.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tysora shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Because your data is stored only on your device, we recommend exporting your journal if you want to keep a copy.

This agreement is concluded solely between you and Tysora, not with Apple. Tysora, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App.
