Cadence Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cadence (the “App”) handles information when you use it on your iPhone. Cadence is designed to ask for as little as possible: it works offline, with no account, no ads and no tracking, and it has no server. Your sessions and journal stay on your device.
1. Data controller
The controller for the App and this policy is Tysora — Leopoldo Pérez Ortiz, a self-employed professional (autónomo), based at Avenida Isaac Albéniz 12, 45638 Pepino (Toledo), Spain.

2. No account, no server, on-device data
The App works without sign-up. Your focus sessions, journal, tags and settings are stored only on your device. Cadence has no server of its own: we do not upload, store or receive any of that data.
3. No ads, no tracking, no analytics
Cadence shows no ads, does not track your activity, and includes no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not collect advertising identifiers or build profiles about you.
4. One-time purchase (Cadence Pro)
Cadence Pro is unlocked with a single payment managed by Apple (App Store) via StoreKit. Apple processes the payment; Tysora does not receive or store your payment details, and only checks on the device whether the purchase was made to enable the Pro features. We use no third-party subscription manager.
5. Exporting your journal
You can export your journal (JSON always, and PDF with Pro). The file is generated on your device and you decide whether to save or share it. Cadence does not send that content anywhere.
6. Permissions
The App can send you local notifications (for example, when a session ends) if you allow it, and play sounds. It does not access the microphone, camera, location, your contacts or your photos, and it does not collect health data.
7. Retention
Your data is kept locally for as long as the App is installed; you can remove it from the App, by clearing the App's data or by uninstalling it. Your purchase record is kept by Apple per their policies.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
Because we do not collect personal data on any server, we have no information about you to provide or delete beyond what is on your device, which you control. For any matter, email hola@tysora.es. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App or the law; we'll post the current version on this page with its date. For any question, write to us at hola@tysora.es.
