Grounding Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Grounding app (the “App”), owned by Tysora — Leopoldo Pérez Ortiz. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Important notice (not medical advice or emergency services)
Grounding is a wellness and self-help tool meant to be with you in moments of anxiety or panic. It is NOT a medical device, nor medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment, nor an emergency service. It does not replace care from a health professional. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number or a crisis line right now. The crisis lines included in the App are offered as a convenience; their availability and accuracy may vary and are not controlled by Tysora.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, under Apple's App Store Usage Rules.
3. Free and Pro subscription
The entire crisis toolkit is free. The App offers an optional Grounding Pro subscription with extras (themes and more breathing paces). Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period and are managed in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Honest billing: clear terms, cancel anytime.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App lawfully and personally. You must not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the software except to the extent permitted by law.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its content, design and trademarks belong to Tysora or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App is always available or that crisis lines work at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tysora shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Apple (App Store) Terms
This agreement is concluded solely between you and Tysora, not with Apple. Tysora, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. The Apple standard End User License Agreement also applies to the subscription features: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
