AquaSweep Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, under Apple's App Store Usage Rules.

AquaSweep is a sound tool that plays low-frequency routines to help eject water from the speaker and test sound. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic or repair tool, and it does not guarantee removing all water or recovering a damaged device. It cannot detect moisture; by design, it never shows an invented “water level” or score.

If your device has been exposed to liquid, follow Apple's official guidance. Use the App at a reasonable volume; excessive, prolonged volume can damage the speaker or your hearing. Tysora is not responsible for damage to the device, speaker or hearing, or for data loss arising from liquid contact or misuse of the App.

The App is free and funded by advertising. It offers a Pro subscription (monthly or annual) and a one-time “lifetime” purchase that remove ads and add features. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period and are managed in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions; the “lifetime” option is a one-time payment that does not renew.

You agree to use the App lawfully and personally. You must not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the software except to the extent permitted by law.

The App, its content, design and trademarks belong to Tysora or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will eject all water or fix a muffled speaker.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tysora shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

This agreement is concluded solely between you and Tysora, not with Apple. Tysora, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content.
