Onda Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, under Apple's App Store Usage Rules.

Recording, playback, markers and export are free and unlimited. Onda Pro is a one-time (non-consumable) purchase, not a subscription: you pay once and it unlocks unlimited transcription and transcript search forever. Payment is handled by the App Store; you can restore the purchase on a new device with the same Apple ID.

You are solely responsible for using the App lawfully. Laws on recording conversations vary by country or region and, in many cases, recording other people requires their knowledge or consent. Before recording others, make sure you comply with the applicable rules.

You agree to use the App lawfully and personally. You must not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the software except to the extent permitted by law.

The App, its content, design and trademarks belong to Tysora or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Your recordings and your data are yours.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. While we take care with recording reliability, system factors (storage, permissions, interruptions) can affect a recording; keep copies of what matters.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tysora shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Because your data is stored on your device, we recommend exporting what matters.

This agreement is concluded solely between you and Tysora, not with Apple. Tysora, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App.
