Onda Privacy Policy

The controller for the App and this policy is Tysora — Leopoldo Pérez Ortiz, a self-employed professional (autónomo), based at Avenida Isaac Albéniz 12, 45638 Pepino (Toledo), Spain.

To record, the App uses the microphone when you start it. Your recordings, markers and transcriptions are stored only on your device. We do not upload, read or store them on any server.

Transcription runs on the iPhone itself using the system's speech recognition; your audio is not sent to any Tysora server to transcribe it. Apple's speech-recognition feature may process the audio depending on your device settings; see Apple's privacy policy for details.

Onda works without sign-up. It shows no ads, does not track your activity, and includes no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not collect advertising identifiers or build profiles about you.

Onda Pro is unlocked with a single payment managed by Apple (App Store) through RevenueCat, configured in a privacy-first way. Apple processes the payment; Tysora does not receive or store your payment details. RevenueCat processes a purchase identifier to activate Pro on your device.

You can export your recordings and transcriptions. The file is generated on your device and you decide whether to save or share it. Onda does not send that content anywhere.

The App uses the microphone to record and speech recognition to transcribe, always when you ask, and can send you local notifications if you allow it. It does not access the camera, location, your contacts or your photos, and it does not collect health data.

Your recordings and settings are kept locally for as long as the App is installed; you can remove them from the App or by uninstalling it. Your purchase record is kept by Apple per their policies.

Because we do not collect personal data on any server, we have no information about you to provide or delete beyond what is on your device, which you control. For any matter, email hola@tysora.es. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

You are responsible for using the App in accordance with the law. In many places, recording other people requires their knowledge or consent; make sure you comply with applicable rules before recording other people's conversations.

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
