Instant Sounds Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, under the terms of the store you downloaded it from.

The App is free and funded by advertising. In the European Union we ask for advertising consent through Google's form (UMP).

The App provides sounds for entertainment purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for how you use the sounds: do not use them to harass, disturb, dangerously startle or infringe the rights of others, nor in places or situations where playing sounds is prohibited or could cause harm.

The App, its design and its trademarks belong to Tysora or its licensors. The sounds are provided for entertainment; any trademarks, names or characters that may be mentioned belong to their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only. Instant Sounds is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tysora shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, nor for your misuse of the sounds.

We may update the App and these Terms. We may suspend the service if you breach these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
