Instant Sounds Privacy Policy

The controller for the App and this policy is Tysora — Leopoldo Pérez Ortiz, a self-employed professional (autónomo), based at Avenida Isaac Albéniz 12, 45638 Pepino (Toledo), Spain.

No account or personal data: the App does not ask you to sign up and does not collect your name, email or phone number.

On the device: your favorites and settings are stored locally on your device.

Advertising and diagnostics: to keep the App free, we show ads and measure their use through third-party services that may collect device data, an advertising identifier, interaction data and usage events (for example, which category you open or which sound you play).

Ringtone / notification: if you choose to set a sound as your ringtone or notification, the App uses the permission needed to write that setting; it is only used when you ask for it.

Notifications: the App may use the notification permission for occasional alerts; you can revoke it in system settings.

The App does not access the microphone, camera, location, your contacts or your messages.

Firebase Analytics (Google) to measure aggregate usage events and improve the App.

We never sell your personal data.

We process the information to (a) provide the App's functionality, (b) keep it stable and fix bugs, (c) show and measure advertising, and (d) meet legal obligations. Personalized advertising relies on your consent (Google's UMP form), which you can withdraw anytime.

Your favorites and settings are kept locally for as long as the App is installed; you can remove them by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. Data processed by third-party providers is retained per their policies.

If you reside in the European Economic Area, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing, and data portability. You can change your advertising consent from the App or device settings. To exercise your rights, email hola@tysora.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Instant Sounds does not sell your personal information. You can limit ad tracking by resetting your advertising identifier in your device settings.

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

The sounds and effects are provided for entertainment purposes. Any trademarks, names or characters that may be mentioned belong to their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only; Instant Sounds is not affiliated with them.
