CardioPulse AI Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the CardioPulse AI app (the “App”), owned by Tysora — Leopoldo Pérez Ortiz. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Health notice (not a medical device)
CardioPulse AI is a wellness and educational tool. It is NOT a medical device, does not provide diagnoses, and must not be used to make medical decisions. Pulse and HRV measurements are obtained with the camera and are estimates, not clinical-grade values; the AI report is informational and may contain errors. Always consult a healthcare professional about any symptom or concern. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, under Apple's App Store Usage Rules.
3. Free and Pro subscription
Measuring your pulse is free. The App offers a CardioPulse Pro subscription (monthly or annual) that unlocks the full AI report, unlimited trends, food analysis and PDF export. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period and are managed in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App lawfully and personally. You must not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the software except to the extent permitted by law, nor use the AI features for unlawful purposes or to input third parties' data without their consent.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its content, design and trademarks belong to Tysora or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the accuracy of measurements or of AI-generated content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tysora shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the measurements or AI content, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Apple (App Store) Terms
This agreement is concluded solely between you and Tysora, not with Apple. Tysora, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. The Apple standard End User License Agreement also applies to the subscription features: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
9. Governing law and contact
