Box Breathing Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, under the terms of the store you downloaded it from.

Box Breathing is a wellness and relaxation tool, not a medical device or a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Breathing techniques can cause light-headedness in some people. Practice seated or in a safe place, never while driving or operating machinery. If you are pregnant or have a respiratory, heart or anxiety condition, consult a health professional before using the App.

The practice is free and the free version is funded by advertising. The App offers a Plus subscription (monthly or annual) and a one-time “lifetime” purchase that remove ads and add extras. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period and are managed from your store account; the “lifetime” option is a one-time payment that does not renew. In the European Union we ask for advertising consent through Google's form (UMP).

You agree to use the App lawfully and personally. You must not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the software except to the extent permitted by law.

The App, its content, design and trademarks belong to Tysora or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tysora shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

We may update the App and these Terms. We may suspend the service if you breach these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
