Verbary Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, under Apple's App Store Usage Rules.

The App provides vocabulary, definitions, examples and audio for educational purposes. We take care with content quality, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or suitable for a specific exam or certification.

The App is free and funded by advertising. It offers a Verbary Pro subscription (no ads, a timed exam and iCloud sync). Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period and are managed in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.

You agree to use the App lawfully and personally. You must not copy, bulk-extract or redistribute the content, nor decompile or reverse-engineer the software except to the extent permitted by law.

The App, its content (including the selection and arrangement of the vocabulary, the definitions and the audio), design and trademarks belong to Tysora or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tysora shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

This agreement is concluded solely between you and Tysora, not with Apple. Tysora, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. The Apple standard End User License Agreement also applies to the subscription features: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
