Pizza Timer Privacy Policy

The controller for the App and this policy is Tysora — Leopoldo Pérez Ortiz, a self-employed professional (autónomo), based at Avenida Isaac Albéniz 12, 45638 Pepino (Toledo), Spain.

The App works without sign-up. Your settings, saved setups, favourites, baking sessions and history are stored locally on your device and are not sent to Tysora.

We do not collect your name, email or location to run the App. We use no advertising identifier, show no ads and do not track you across apps or websites (no App Tracking Transparency prompt appears because we do no tracking). We integrate no third-party analytics SDKs.

With your permission, the App schedules local notifications and a Live Activity to tell you when to rotate the pizza and when it's done, even with the app in the background. These notifications are generated on your device; we send no data to any server for them. You can revoke the permission in system settings at any time.

Pizza Timer is free and offers a Pro subscription (monthly or annual) and a lifetime purchase that unlock the advanced features. Purchases are processed through Apple's StoreKit and managed with RevenueCat. Apple handles payment; Tysora does not receive or store your card details. RevenueCat processes a random user identifier and your purchase status to activate Pro across your devices. We do not use these services for advertising or tracking.

The App only requests the notifications permission, and it asks in context. It does not access the camera, microphone, contacts or location.

We use no analytics or advertising providers. We never sell your personal data.

Your settings, favourites and history are kept locally for as long as the App is installed; you can remove them by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. Purchase data processed by Apple and RevenueCat is retained per their policies.

Because we collect no identifiable personal data in our systems, we hold no profile of you to access or erase. If you reside in the European Economic Area and have any question about data processing related to the App, email us at hola@tysora.es. For purchase data you may also contact Apple. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Pizza Timer does not sell or share your personal information and does not track for advertising purposes.

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
