Léxico Privacy Policy

The controller for the App and this policy is Tysora — Leopoldo Pérez Ortiz, a self-employed professional (autónomo), based at Avenida Isaac Albéniz 12, 45638 Pepino (Toledo), Spain.

Core function: Léxico runs on your device and needs no account, name, email, phone number or location. Your progress (words seen, favorites, review cards, streak, XP and settings) is stored locally and, if you enable it, syncs through your private iCloud, which we cannot access.

Usage, diagnostics and advertising: to keep the App free and improve it, Léxico uses third-party services that may collect device and usage data — including an advertising identifier (IDFA), ad-interaction events, and analytics and crash data. Léxico Pro subscribers see no ads.

Microphone and speech recognition: only for the pronunciation exercises, where you speak and the App checks the word. Recognition runs on-device where supported.

Notifications: optional, for the daily study reminder.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT): before any advertising-related tracking we ask for your permission via Apple's prompt. If you decline, you'll see non-personalized ads.

Léxico is freemium and offers “Léxico Pro”. All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple (App Store / StoreKit). Tysora does not receive or store your payment details.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription state and restore purchases: it processes a random app-user ID and your purchase status, not your name or email.

Léxico Pro subscribers see no ads. We never sell your personal data.

We process the information to (a) provide the learning functionality, (b) keep the App secure and stable, (c) show and measure advertising in the free version, and (d) meet legal obligations. Personalized advertising and analytics that use identifiers rely on your consent (the ATT prompt and OS permissions), which you can withdraw anytime in iOS Settings.

We never sell your personal data. We share limited data with the listed providers (Google AdMob, Google Firebase and RevenueCat) strictly to provide advertising, analytics and subscription management. Each provider processes that data under its own policy.

Your progress and preferences are kept locally for as long as the App is installed; you can remove them by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. Data processed by third-party providers is retained per their policies.

If you reside in the European Economic Area, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing, as well as data portability. You can control ad tracking from the ATT prompt or iOS Settings. To exercise your rights, email hola@tysora.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Léxico does not sell your personal information. You can limit ad tracking by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt or disabling “Allow Apps to Request to Track” in iOS Settings.

The App is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
