Do I need internet?
No. The caller, the cards and the PDF generator all work fully offline.
How do several people play?
One phone is the caller and announces the numbers; each player uses their phone as a card and marks by hand, or you play with printed paper cards. No need to pair the phones.
Does it say the numbers out loud?
Yes, with the system voice, and it plays even with the phone on silent. The app doesn't use the microphone: it speaks, it doesn't listen.
