The controller for the App and this policy is Tysora — Leopoldo Pérez Ortiz, a self-employed professional (autónomo), based at Avenida Isaac Albéniz 12, 45638 Pepino (Toledo), Spain.

The App works without sign-up. Your records, coins, achievements and settings are stored locally on your device.

The global leaderboard and achievements use Game Center, Apple's gaming service. If you enable it, your Game Center identity (managed by Apple, not Tysora) is used to show your scores on the leaderboard. You can turn Game Center off in iOS Settings.

To keep the App free, we show ads through Google AdMob (banners, interstitials, app-open and rewarded). AdMob may process an advertising identifier and interaction data. In the European Union we ask for consent through Google's form (UMP). On iPhone and iPad we ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT); if you allow it, AdMob may use the advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized ads, and if not, ads will be non-personalized. Premium subscribers see no ads.

Tap Reaction offers a Premium subscription (monthly or annual) and a one-time “lifetime” purchase, managed by Apple (App Store) through RevenueCat. Tysora does not receive or store your payment details; RevenueCat processes a random user identifier and your purchase status to activate Premium on your device.

We use no third-party analytics providers or tracking SDKs beyond what is stated for advertising. We never sell your personal data.

We process the information to (a) provide the game's functionality, (b) keep it stable and fix bugs, (c) show and measure advertising in the free version, (d) manage the Premium subscription and (e) meet legal obligations. Personalized advertising relies on your consent, which you can withdraw anytime.

Your progress and settings are kept locally for as long as the App is installed; you can remove them by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. Data processed by third-party providers is retained per their policies.

If you reside in the European Economic Area, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing, and data portability. You can change your advertising consent in iOS Settings. To exercise your rights, email hola@tysora.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Tap Reaction does not sell your personal information. You can limit ad tracking by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt or in iOS Settings.

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
