Million Challenge Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, under the terms of the store you downloaded it from.

The App is free and funded by advertising. It offers a Pro subscription (monthly or annual) that removes ads. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period and are managed from your store account (App Store or Google Play). In the European Union we ask for advertising consent through Google's form (UMP).

You agree to use the App lawfully and personally. You must not cheat or manipulate scores, nor copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the software except to the extent permitted by law.

The App, its content, design, questions and trademarks belong to Tysora or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Million Challenge is an original game inspired by the quiz-show format; it is not affiliated with or sponsored by any TV show or third-party brand, and any resemblance to existing formats is limited to game mechanics, which are not protectable as such.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tysora shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

When you download the App from the App Store, this agreement is concluded solely between you and Tysora, not Apple; Tysora, not Apple, is responsible for the App. On iOS, the Apple standard End User License Agreement also applies to the subscription features: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
